Charmain Bogue is a strategic planning and organizational development professional with a background in public service, education, and leadership development. She began her career in psychology before moving into education and workforce development, eventually taking on senior leadership roles in the federal government and the non-profit sector.

Her career has included managing large teams and complex programs in government, working independently as an executive coach and strategic advisor to leaders and boards, and contributing to public sector strategy and planning through research-driven work. Charmain Bogue has also been involved in federal STEM education coordination and cross-agency policy efforts earlier in her career.
